At Parishri, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Defective Product

In case you receive a defective product:

• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images of the defect at info.parishri@gmail.com

Once approved, we will offer:

• A replacement of the same product
• A credit note for future use

Important Notes

• Minor variations are natural in handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects
• Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted

Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your Parishri pieces safely and on time.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders
• Orders are usually dispatched within 5–6 working days
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location
