We do not offer any returns or exchange on products until there is manufacturing defect in the piece. All our pieces are handcrafted and unique in their own way. We do strict quality control before sending out your pieces but still if there is a manufacturing defect we will send you a new piece.

• You need to send us detailed photograph on info.parishri@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• We can exchange your piece to a new piece if you like, or we can issue a credit note for you to use anytime you want.
